New Marketplace Site!

I heard about a new site called Bonanzle (about a year old) from a friend of mine today. She knows I sell on E-bay so she asked me if I had heard about it. Well that lead me to reading all the information on the site all morning. Listing on Bonanzle is FREE! You only pay a final value fee and it only costs $1 for items up to $50. Talk about massive savings from Ebay! They have step by step instructions on how to get your items searchable with Google and other things to do to promote your items. If you notice I now have provided the RSS feed on this blog. I have copied all my Ebay listings to Bonanzle and will be listing more on Bonanzle only. Bonanzle has a tool to grab your current Ebay listings and/or Craigslist listings. The items can stay there until they are sold. I am really impressed with this site and will definitely be using it. I will probably maintain both selling sites but I think all my new stuff (at least for this month) I’ll list on Bonanzle. I’d like to hear if you have used Bonanzle, what you like/dislike about it, etc. Since I am new to the scene on this site I welcome all comments!

Introduction

Hello,

Let me introduce myself. I am a mom of two girls and also have three step boys, and a very loving/caring husband. I have been learning about wealth building over the past two years and am putting things into practice. I am minding my businesses as Robert Kiyosaki would say. I am an honest, ethical, moral person. I believe in treating others as I would like to be treated.

About my businesses, first came Ebay. Started out as a hobby selling my girls clothes when they grew out of them, etc. Then I started trying to find more things to sell, like getting up on Saturday morning to find a good deal at a garage sale of items I could sell on e-bay. I also checked out clearance racks at stores to see if there is anything there I could sell on Ebay. I have researched drop shippers but their prices are not competitive enough for Ebay, so if I buy a lot of inventory it comes from a wholesale distributor. Currently I have inventory from a Rite Aid pallet. My Ebay screen name is manda4677. You can also access my items through my auctiva store: http://store.auctiva.com/manda4677

My second business came along in June 2007. My husband’s friend got us involved with TEAM. Awesome group, however, at the time they were with Quixtar. A few months after we joined TEAM left Quixtar (you can google TEAM/Quixtar and learn about the lawsuit, etc.) We resigned and had a 6 months non-compete clause we had to observe.

During that time we had been reading books and learning about wealth building. I have always been interested in Real Estate and love watching fix house shows and decided to start learning about Real Estate Investing. We started learning about that in November, 2007 and opened our LLC in January 2008. Since then I have acquired 2 houses with no money out of my pocket. Real Estate Investing is my passion, I love it, it always boosts my spirits when I talk about Real Estate. We started our business with the understanding that we were in this to help people not take advantage and get rich off of them. A lot of people are going through foreclosure right now and do not understand that there are other options for them then letting the bank come in and foreclose causing them to have to file bankruptcy. Thinking outside of the box is what I do to help homeowners in that situation. We want to start flipping in the near future (fixing up fixer-uppers). Our Real Estate website is www.anaenteprisesnwf.com

Since October or November 2007 (I can’t remember) I had listed some college textbooks on half.com, I also added some books I had at home, recently my book sales rose so I have obtained 15 boxes of books from a friend and more books from relatives so I have a lot of listings on half.com. So if you are looking for a book feel free to check me out on half.com, it’s the same screen name as ebay. http://shops.half.ebay.com/manda4677_W0QQmZbooks

Back to TEAM after the six months were over, TEAM joined Mona Vie. We decided to follow TEAM as they were the reason we are where we are today currently we do not push this business just because we are trying to get our Real Estate Business up and running and that takes a lot of our extra time. We still have it and if the opportunity arises to share that business with someone either selling the juice or bringing them into the business we will act on it.

Last, but not least, we added Credit Repair to our business. Since we do or are going to be doing a lot of rent-to-own properties we thought it was wise to add this to help our tenant buyers repair their credit so they can purchase the house from us sooner. The link to this website is also on this page for you to learn more. This can be done long distance as most of it is through e-mail. However there are a few states that do not allow the credit repair process in their state off hand I do not know which ones they are but there are only 3 or 4 of them. But it is a good program. My husband and I went through the process ourselves in the spring (2008) and we liked the program so my husband become a Certified Credit Consultant with the Company. The website is www.creditjusticeservices.com/?ccc=2418

I'd love to hear from readers, so please comment! :)
